Abstract
Given the limited budgetary resources, Higher education institutions are beginning to attract consumers of educational services in the education market, and seek additional funding. Under the influence of a highly competitive environment, higher education is developing cooperation with business, nonprofit organizations, as well as local community and various foundations. The mechanism of distribution of funds is used to solve problems to improve the quality of education in universities and resource efficiency - financial, material and human resources.
